　　Stainless steel reaction tank

The stainless steel reaction pot produced by our company (heating, steam, heat transfer oil heating) consists of the pot cover, the barrel, the jacket, the stirrer, the shaft seal transmission device and the support, and the pot body and parts in contact with the material in the pot. They are all made of 0Cr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless acid-resistant steel plate. Design, production and acceptance refer to GB150-89 "steel pressure vessel" technical conditions and requirements.
Because the user has different production processes and operating conditions, the jacket heating type is divided into electric heating rod heating, steam heating, and heat conduction oil circulation heating. The shaft sealing device is divided into packing sealing and mechanical sealing, and the stirring type is anchor type, slurry type, Worm gear, pusher and frame. The number of openings, specifications or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
